1.1 FLAT6LABS for Incubators, an S.A.E. incorporated in the Arab Republic of Egypt, having commercial register number 55661 (“Company, We, Our, Us”) provides an online platform and mobile application “Platform” allowing the users of the Platform (“You or Your”) to receive entrepreneurial educational content “Services”) from the virtual incorporation program “STARTMASHREQ.

1.2 This privacy policy (“Policy”) sets out the ways information, including any personal data, that You provide to the Company will be processed by Us. By using the Platform, You are consenting to the provisions stated herein and confirm that you agree to the Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or its Services.

2.1 You may provide information to Us which includes, but not limited to:

2.1.1 Identity data including Your name, gender, date of birth;

2.1.2 Contact details including address, email, phone number;

2.1.3 Technical data including username, password;

2.1.4 Financial data including bank account, payment card details;

2.1.6 Demographic data including postcode, age/birth date, current residence, mobile network information, a Person’s mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser a Person uses, time zone setting, device location, IP address, SMS data, transaction information, business activities, and browsing history information;

2.1.7 and any other information (“Data”). 

2.2 The Platform is not intended for children under 18 years old. If you are a minor, please do not submit any Data to us and do not use Our Platform. 

2.3 We collect Data during registration process, and while you are using the Platform. We can also use different methods to collect Data from You which includes:

2.3.1 Direct Interactions – You may give us your Identity, contact, and financial Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by phone or e-mail, or otherwise. This includes Data you provide when you undertake the following: 

a. Create an account on, or exploit our Platform;

b. Enter a social competition, promotion, or survey; or

c. Provide us with feedback or contact us.

2.3.2 Automated technologies or interactions - As you interact with our Platform, we will automatically collect technical data about your browsing actions and patterns. We collect this Data by using cookies, server logs, and other similar technologies.

We may use or collect Data provided by you for:

3.1 Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and the Services, including, for example, to facilitate payments, send receipts, provide products and services , develop new features, provide customer support to You, authenticate You, and send administrative messages, whether information or required by applicable law;

3.4 Allow You to participate in any interactive features of the Platform or its Services;

3.6 Personalize and improve the Platform and Services, including providing or recommending features, content, social connections, referrals, and advertisements, in accordance with Your preference; and

3.7 We only collect and process Data for specific and lawful purposes only. 

4. Sharing Data 

4.1 We may share Data with unaffiliated third parties who provide us with services such as assisting us with technology, data analysis, website, administration or similar services. 

4.2 We may share Your Data: (1) With vendors, consultants, marketing and advertising partners, and other service providers who need access to such Data to carry out work on Our behalf or to perform a contract the Company enters into with such third parties; (2) In response to a request for information by a competent authority or government entities if the Company determines that such disclosure is in accordance with, or is otherwise required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process; (3) With law enforcement officials, government entities or authorities, or other third parties as required by applicable law; (4) With third parties in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company; (5) With the International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “World Bank”), the Company’s sponsors/partners in developing the Platform; (6) If the Company otherwise notifies and receives consent from You; or (7) With third parties in an aggregated and/or anonymized form which cannot reasonably be used to identify Your Data.

5. Data Updates 

5.1 We keep our Policy under regular review. The Data we hold about You must be accurate and current. Please keep us informed if Data changes during your relationship with Us.

5.2 We may update the Policy at any time, and such updates will be effective immediately from its date. Accordingly, You are advised to check our Policy regularly to know and understand any changes. By using the Platform after the effective date of the Policy update, You are consenting to the updated terms of the Policy.

We use Cookies to track overall site usage, which enables the Company to provide a better user experience. The Company does not use Cookies to access other data on Your computer.

7.1 You may submit new information if You would like to correct, update, or remove Data about You that You previously provided. We are not responsible for correcting, updating, or deleting any information in the databases of third parties.

7.2 You have the right to access information held about You, which can be exercised in accordance with applicable law. 

7.3 You acknowledge that the Company may continue to send transactional or service-related communications despite Your desire to not receive promotional or marketing e-mail messages.

This Platform may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share Data about you. We do not control these third-party applications/websites and we are not responsible for their privacy statements.
